JATInfluencer is operated by JATEC. Our platform helps brands discover and collaborate with influencers, and helps influencers manage their profiles and campaign applications.

Account and profile data you provide, such as name, email, phone, location, company details (for businesses), niche preferences, and profile images.

Usage and technical data needed to operate the service, such as session information, authentication tokens we issue, device/browser data, and logs for security and reliability.

Communications you send us (for example support requests) and content related to campaigns and collaborations you create on the platform.

If you choose to connect a social account, we use the official OAuth / Login Kit flow of that provider. With your authorization, we may receive identity and public profile information such as user or page id, username/handle, public profile URL, display name, and follower count.

We use this information to create or refresh your social profile on JATInfluencer so brands can evaluate collaborations. We do not store long-lived social-network access tokens for Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok in this product version; tokens are used only during connect/refresh.

You can disconnect a social profile from your account settings by removing that social profile. You may also revoke access from the social network’s own settings.

We use your information to create and manage accounts, enable influencer–brand matching and campaigns, verify or display social profile details you connect, provide customer support, improve the service, and protect against fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with other users of the platform only as needed for the product (for example, brands may see influencer profile and social metrics relevant to campaigns).

We may use service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics, media storage) under contractual obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.

We keep account and profile information while your account remains active and as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact info@jatec.com.co to exercise these rights.

You can update much of your profile information directly in the application.

JATInfluencer is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
